Math College-Readiness Disclaimer: Students can be conditionally accepted as Rising 11th graders into Year 1 of the North Texas Now! program. They will have until Spring of their junior year to earn the college-readiness math score required for Year 2 of the program. This will allow our students more time to build their math skills prior to taking UNT's Statistics course in the fall of their Senior year.
If your student is required to take the TSIA2 exam in order to meet UNT's college-readiness requirement, the district can provide your student access to free, asynchronous online learning modules via Edgenuity. To sign up for this additional training, please have your student fill out the request form. Our Online Programs team will reach out to students via email once they have registered. Note, students must be logged in to their FISD Google account in order to access the form: TSIA2 Test Prep Interest Form.
Notification of Admission
Students must complete a Commitment Form within 48 hours of receiving the email to secure their seat in the program. Students who accepted admission will then be required to meet additional deadlines for enrollment. Failure to meet these deadlines will result in the loss of admissions.
If you do not receive admission initially, please continue to monitor your email because as students decline the opportunity, additional emails will go out offering admission to other students.
