My Grandmother is on her own at home, after my Grandfather passed away last year (also a dementia sufferer). She was diagnosed in 2010 but has recently become increasingly confused and is on the phone constantly asking to go home. Her recent telephone bill was unusually high as she had rung the talking clock 276 times. Virgin are unable to offer any solution. Does anyone know if there is a way to block all outgoing calls except 999 and certain designated numbers???
