JAKARTA, KOMPAS.com - Kementerian BUMN melalui Forum Human Capital Indonesia (FHCI) bakal membuka kembali program Rekrutmen Bersama BUMN (RBB) pada Maret 2024 mendatang.
Pada rekrutmen tahun ini, kesempatan terbuka semakin luas dengan yang menjangkau lintas entitas, serta jenjang pendidikan yang semakin beragam mulai dari SMA/SMK/sederajat, D3, S1/D4 hingga S2.
Selain itu, status pekerjaan yang ditawarkan mulai dari organik/perjanjian kerja waktu tidak tertentu (PKWTT) maupun kontrak/perjanjian kerja waktu tertentu (PKWT).
Menteri BUMN Erick Thohir mengungkapkan, program rekrutmen tahun ini tidak hanya induk/holding BUMN yang bergabung, melainkan juga anak perusahaan, cucu perusahaan dan perusahaan afiliasi BUMN.
"Harapan saya, dengan scope (cakupan) penerimaan yang lebih besar, RBB dapat membuka lapangan kerja seluas-luasnya bagi putra-putri terbaik dan menciptakan talenta unggul bagi bangsa," ujar Erick dalam keterangannya, Kamis (8/2/2024).
Sementara itu, Ketua Umum FHCI Alexandra Askandar menambahkan, pihaknya akan terus melakukan peningkatan atas kualitas program RBB yang akan diselenggarakan.
Seperti peningkatan kehandalan sistem, evaluasi proses tahapan RBB, pemberian informasi yang lebih detail dan jelas yang memudahkan peserta, serta mendorong aspek transparansi dan akuntabilitas yang semakin baik.
"FHCI berkomitmen untuk menjaga dan mengawal seluruh proses rekrutmen yang akan dijalankan dengan profesionalisme, transparansi, dan tetap menjunjung core values AKHLAK," ucap Alexandra.
Untuk diketahui, seluruh rangkaian RBB 2024 tidak dipungut biaya apapun. Kementerian BUMN dan FHCI juga tidak akan segan untuk menindaklanjuti segala bentuk praktik kecurangan yang dilakukan peserta maupun pihak lainnya.
Adapun bila berkaca dengan program RBB tahun lalu, ada sejumlah tes yang harus diikuti oleh para peserta rekrutment.
Terdiri dari Tes Kemampuan Dasar (TKD) dan AKHLAK, tes Bahasa Inggris, serta tes oleh BUMN yang dituju mencakup tes kompetensi bidang, user interview, socmed analytic and digital, mindset, dan medical check up (MCU).
